GB/T 5216 15CrH Introduce

GB/T 5216 15CrH steel is a type of alloy steel that is mainly used in construction and manufacturing. It is a low-alloy ferritic steel, composed mainly of iron, chromium and carbon. It is used to produce various structural components, such as fasteners, drill bits and springs. This material is known for its superior strength, toughness and corrosion resistance; however, it can be susceptible to corrosion if not properly maintained.

GB/T 5216 15CrH Material Mechanical Properties

Tensile tests are often performed on GB/T 5216 15CrH steel to determine its strength under load. These tests measure the maximum pulling force that the steel can withstand before breaking. During tensile tests, the steel sample is placed in a machine, and the force is gradually increased until the sample breaks. Tension tests on GB/T 5216 15CrH show that the steel has a yield strength of around 745 MPa, and a tensile strength of up to 835 MPa.

The mechanical properties of the GB/T 5216 15CrH steel are as follows:

GB/T 5216 15CrH Material Machining Technology

GB/T 5216 15CrH steel is a variety of steel developed by the China Iron and Steel Association in order to meet the increasing demand for modern steel production in China. GB/T 5216 15CrH is created by a process of alloying, which involves combining different metal elements to create a steel with desired properties. GB/T 5216 15CrH steel is commonly used in the production of automobile parts, nuts and bolts, bridges, marine and industrial components, and in the production of bearings for machinery. Due to its high strength and hardenability, GB/T 5216 15CrH steel is especially suitable for the machining of relatively high-strength components
