SAE J403 10L10 Introduce

SAE J403 is an SAE Standard for "Chemical Composition of SAE Carbon Steels." This standard specifies the chemical composition of carbon steels and includes information such as the maximum percentage of carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, chromium, nickel, molybdenum and vanadium. SAE J403 is issued by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). SAE J403 10L10Carbon steel is a type of iron-carbon alloy, it contains carbon elements in different proportions and different other elements. Carbon steel is mainly used in automotive, mining and aerospace engineering. Automotive applications such as casting engine components, bodywork and frames, and aerospace applications such as aircraft frames and turbine machinery parts typically use carbon steel.
