ASME SA-249/SA-249M TP317L is a specification for Welded Austenitic Steel Boiler, Superheater, Heat Exchanger, and Condenser Tubes. Boiler and pressure vessel grades are made from ferritic, austenitic, and austenitic-ferritic steels including stainless steel alloys. All grades of steel are suitable for use in power plants, refineries, and oil and gas production facilities.
