SAE J438 H21 Introduce
SAE J438 H21 is a type of steel that is used in a variety of applications ranging from automotive to industrial parts and frames. With its good strength-to-weight ratio and weldability, it is an economical alternative to more expensive steels. The mechanical properties of SAE J438 H21 include tensile strength and yield strength. Tensile strength is the measure of how well the steel resisted being pulled apart when tension was applied. Yield strength is the measure of how well the steel resisted permanent deformation when it was subject to external forces.
Smelting temperature:1186°C - 1455°C
Application:Tool and die steels
