DIN 17212 Cf70 Introduce
The DIN 17212 standard was developed by German based DIN institute (Deutsches Institut für Normung - German Institute for Standardization) and is now widely used across Europe and the rest of the world. DIN was founded in 1917 and is responsible for setting and monitoring international standards for a diverse range of products and services, including the steel industry. By adhering to this standard, manufacturers are able to produce high-quality, high-strength products that meet the stringent requirements of international standards.

DIN 17212 Cf70 Material Mechanical Properties
The mechanical properties of DIN 17212 Cf70 steel depend heavily on the specific grade and type, as well as the way it is heat treated. Generally speaking, however, the steel offers improved resistance to stress or strain and can deliver excellent elastic properties. For example, DIN 17212 Cf70 steel can deliver up to 20 percent elongation when subjected to an appropriate treatment. It is also highly resistant to wear and tear, with many grades able to last for years even under the harshest use.
The mechanical properties of the DIN 17212 Cf70 steel are as follows:

DIN 17212 Cf70 Material Machining Technology
DIN 17212 Cf70 steel is a medium carbon steel alloy with excellent mechanical and machining properties. It favorably combines strength and formability, while demonstrating good corrosion resistance. This steel is extremely durable, with a tensile strength of 620 to 800 MPa, which makes it ideal for applications requiring heavy-duty components. Additionally, its ability to stretch up to 1% before fracturing rivals many higher strength steels. DIN 17212 Cf70 steel also has good machinability, with a relatively low fatigue strength and good dimensional stability.
