ASTM A519 Grade MT1010 Material Machining Technology
When machining ASTM A519 Grade MT1010, it is important to observe the correct cutting speed and feeds as they are directly related to the quality of the finished part. For best results, the cutting speed should be adjusted to between 80–120 m/min and the feeds should be between 0.8–1.2 mm/rev. Apart from this, it is important to avoid cutting too deep or too quickly in order to minimize the risks of chipping or distortion.
